Since 2024, she has been a research fellow and PhD candidate in the Department of Cardiology at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC), Leiden, the Netherlands. She is a member of the Turkish Society of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI), and the ESC Heart Failure Association. Her research interests include preventive cardiology, risk prediction, cardiomyopathies, heart failure, and cardiac imaging using 3D and speckle-tracking echocardiography. She holds EACVI accreditation in transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography.

She is an active researcher with peer-reviewed publications in cardiology, including heart failure and cardiac imaging.
